Request funding for your group!
The Boosters are proud to support PHHS sponsored athletics, teams and clubs! We want to hear from teams, groups and clubs in the Pleasant Hill District and to know how we can support you. Each month the board reviews any funding requests that we have received at least two weeks prior to our general meeting. Please find the dates of our meetings on our events page.
If your group would like to be considered for funding please fill out this form before the next board meeting and send an authorized representative to the board meeting to answer any questions or provide any additional information the Booster Board might need to decide funding.
